هو واحد من أجمل الشلالات الطبيعية في إقليم كردستان العراق، ويقع بالقرب من مدينة رواندز ضمن محافظة أربيل. يُعد هذا الشلال من أبرز الوجهات السياحية التي يقصدها الزوار بسبب طبيعته الخلابة ومياهه الباردة التي تنحدر من أعالي الجبال الصخرية. يتميز شلال بيخال بقوة اندفاع المياه التي تتساقط من ارتفاعات صخرية وسط تضاريس جبلية مدهشة، ما يخلق مشهداً طبيعياً ساحراً يجمع بين صوت المياه المنسابة وهواء الجبال النقي. المنطقة المحيطة به مليئة بالخضرة والأشجار، مما يجعل الأجواء باردة ومنعشة خاصة في فصل الصيف. ويُعتبر المكان وجهة مثالية للتنزه والتصوير وقضاء الوقت مع العائلة، حيث تنتشر المقاهي والمطاعم الصغيرة القريبة من الشلال التي تتيح للزوار الاستمتاع بالمشهد الطبيعي مباشرة. كما أن الطريق المؤدي إليه يمر عبر مناظر جبلية جميلة تضيف للرحلة متعة خاصة. Bekhal Waterfall is one of the most beautiful natural waterfalls in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It is located near the city of Rawanduz in Erbil Governorate. This waterfall is considered one of the most popular tourist destinations due to its stunning natural scenery and its cold waters that flow down from the high rocky mountains. Bekhal Waterfall is characterized by the strong rush of water cascading from rocky heights amid breathtaking mountainous terrain, creating a magical natural scene that combines the sound of flowing water with fresh mountain air. The surrounding area is full of greenery and trees, making the atmosphere cool and refreshing, especially during the summer. The place is an ideal destination for walking, photography, and spending time with family, as small cafes and restaurants are located near the waterfall, allowing visitors to enjoy the natural view up close.
